    This place knows great burgers. Don't change a thing! The old off the highway burger and shake drive up is a dying breed. Definitely worth the drive out of SD. Had the double bacon burger and everything from bun to bacon and the patties and veggies were fresh and perfect. Nothing fancy about this place and thank God! If you want a fancy, over priced burger this ain't it. If you want a great classic burger that nearly perfects the art, this is it.

    Went here today 06/02/2024. Been going here for years. Doris and the crew do a great job. Had the cheese burger combo and it was great. Burger was good size, French fries were hot and tasty with an ice cold coke.. Yum! I've had the ice cream treats before and they are really good too. Do yourself a favor and try it.

    Came here today about 4 pm. It's a Sunday, you can tell on the weekends it's all teenagers and kids working. But they got the job done. The girl up front with bun pigtails was super nice and funny. There was 2 guys on the grill, and another girl making the ice cream. It was busy, everyone was wanting their weekend ice cream, and cheeseburger. I ordered a bacon Mt cheeseburger, fries and hot fudge sundae. It was good. I live in San Diego when I'm out this way, I love stopping and getting a treat. Yes the prices have gone up, but so has inflation. I mean the nearest biggest grocery store from Pine Valley, is Albertsons in Alpine. So they got to travel to get things they need I'm sure. It's understandable, so people complaining about that. Get over it. Go into San Diego and see the prices there you will have a "cow". This was a good treat and wonderful time.

    First timers here and it didn't disappoint! The place and area is very charming, I love the ambiance here. The workers were kind, nice, and accommodating! The person in the register seemed like he enjoys working here and was all smiles! Very helpful too! The food was better than your usual quick bites to eat! The burger combos were a little pricey but worth it! The burgers were huuuge and they give a lot fries!! You can probably split a combo for two people! The food was quality! I have nothing but praises for this place! Thank you Frosty Bites! When we're around town we'll definitely be back!
